El Gouna: Europe's Version of Cancun

Who knew, that if you lived in Europe and were looking for an all inclusive, beach vacation, El Gouna Egypt is the place to go!

When I got on the plane on my way to El Gouna for the 2016 Women's World Open (held in April '17), I was expecting to land in a traditional, historic Middle Eastern city like Cairo, Luxor or Aswan that I have visited many times. Little did I know that I was going to an international, beach-holiday destination! The English really love their all inclusive holidays!

All in all, not a bad place to be after you lose and are out of the tournament!
