Squash Coach: Fiona Geaves

England Squash & Racketball Coach Level 3. NLP Practioner.

Former Senior National Champion, Commonwealth Games bronze medalist, Manchester 2002 and at one time world number five. After four years as Director of Squash at New York’s prestigious ‘The Height Casino Club’, she served at national level as Performance Coach for England Squash. In this capacity, she attended the Commonwealth Games, Delhi 2010 and World Team Championships, New Zealand 2009. Coaching world class players and then leading them into World Individual and Team events has always been her dream since retiring from the game. Having been a member of East Glos for many years, Fiona is delighted to be joining the club’s squash coaching team.

Squash Coach: Jonny Harford

England Squash & Racketball Coach Level 3. NLP Practioner.

Jonathan Harford is the Director of Squash at Wycliffe College and a former Professional Squash Association (PSA) World Tour player.

Wycliffe College boasts one of the most successful school programmes in the UK and Jonathan oversees the whole squash programme from beginners to some of the elite juniors in world squash and his role as Director of Squash includes daily coaching as well as travelling to tournaments all over the world.

Jonathan is also the lead coach in Gloucestershire and currently assists on England Squash Aspire Squads in the South West of England.

Dr. Elizabeth Ward

Soft Tissue Specialist: Simon Wintle

More than just sports massage, Soft Tissue Therapy is the assessment, treatment and management of soft tissue injury, pain and dysfunction. Soft Tissue Therapy treats the muscles, connective tissue/fascia, tendons, ligaments and joints. Whether caused through sport or any other lifestyle factor, the aim is to treat problematic areas by manipulating the soft tissue using massage and other advanced techniques. It also aims to identify the underlying causes of the injury and offer more long-term improvements in physical wellbeing and injury prevention.

Nutritionist: Renee McGregor


Renee McGregor is a leading sports and eating disorder specialist dietitian.  She is accredited by the Health and Care Professions Council, the Sports and Exercise Nutrition Register, and is a member of the BDA’s Sports Nutrition Specialist Group. With over 15 years' experience working in nutrition, Renee works with elite athletes, coaches and sport science teams to provide nutritional strategies to enhance sport performance and manage eating disorders.

Athletic Trainer: Andrei Tarsici

Andrei Tarsici joined the Harvard athletic training staff during the 2012-13 school year after spending the previous eight years at Bucknell, as a fellow and assistant athletic trainer working primarily with the Women’s Soccer, Men’s Lacrosse, and Men’s/Women’s Squash teams. Tarsici is certified as an athletic trainer, corrective exercise specialist and performance enhancement specialist by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, a CPR/AED for professional rescuer by the American Red Cross, and certified as a Registered Orthopedic Technologist from the American Society of Orthopedic Professionals. Tarsici graduated from Penn State with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology/Athletic Training in 2004 before receiving his master's degree in exercise science from the California University of Pennsylvania.
